Our founder and President, Larry
Hayden, has been a Timeshare Industry Leader and licensed realtor
since 1969. Proud to be a leading broker on the Internet, he

After many years in the timeshare business, he realized that
the same questions and misunderstandings keep coming up about timeshare. The next logical step was to put all the

Larry graduated with high
scholastic honors and a degree in business with a Real Estate major, from the
University of Arizona in 1969. He has been licensed in Real Estate ever since,
and he enjoys specializing in timeshare.
He sold timeshare at many of the
largest and most successful California resorts, and completed R.C.I's
Professional Advantage® course for timeshare trainers, at R.C.I. headquarters
in Indianapolis.
Larry grasped early on that timeshare is the perfect
product to market to a worldwide audience. In fact, before the Internet came
along, he was marketing timeshare via electronic computer bulletin boards.
As a result of a lot of plain hard
work coupled with sound intuition, a business that started out in Larry’s home,
has really blossomed from the business generated from a variety of sources.

which has also grown rapidly, giving access to licensed real estate agents
worldwide to sell the listings.
Larry is an enthusiastic owner of timeshare and is pleased to have been instrumental in welcoming many new owners

movement of other licensed Real Estate Brokers who list timeshare with no
mandatory up-front fees to sellers.
